the Eastside's Premier 4th of July Event! |
Live performances and
festivities include:
6pm Emerald City Throwdown, High-energy Motown
and soul hits.
7:30pm Jonathan Harris, Contemporary Country
Music Singer Songwriter
8:40pm Bellevue Fire and Police Department Honor
Guard presentation and placement of the colors with the
Bellevue Chamber Chorus.
9:30pm The Bellevue Philharmonic takes center
stage to present a special Independence Day performance
prior to and during the fireworks display. The
sixty-piece Philharmonic is directed by Fusao Kajima.
10:05pm Fireworks Display presented by Symetra
Financial—The Eastside's most spectacular fireworks
display!Free parking is
available at Bellevue Square after 6pm. Bring your
flashlight for safety.

you to kick off "Walk Downtown Bellevue," a 10-week,
10,000-step per day challenge to promote the walkability
of downtown, encourage healthy habits in our workforce,
and strengthen our overall sense of community.
Anyone who lives, works or regularly
visits downtown Bellevue may participate. The challenge
will run, or walk, from June 26 to August 31. |
Walk, Track and Win!
Track your steps along the way. Before midnight on
September 1, e-mail the total steps you’ve taken during
the program to: events@bellevuedowntown.org and you
could win two Southwest Airlines tickets. A random
drawing of participants will take place at the Walk
Downtown Celebration on September 6. You will also be
eligible to win a $600 training program at Elite

Wine Commission. The festival will offer a showcase of
Washington 's best wine, art and food guaranteed to

entrance; must be 21+ to enter.

Carillon Point Outdoor Movie Night benefiting Hopelink.
Come down early, set up your chair and blanket, then
relax and enjoy a late night movie on a huge screen
over-looking Lake Washington. All proceeds from the
evening will benefit Hopelink, a non-profit organization
dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency to all members
of the community. |

Movies will start at dusk. The plaza will open 1 hour
prior to dusk for seating. There will be some seating
available but we recommend low, easy-to-carry chairs or
bean bags. Basic concessions like popcorn, soda and
candy will be available will all proceeds benefiting
Hopelink.
